Form 1098-T / Tuition Statement
The 1098-T Tax Form, otherwise known as a Tuition Statement, is used by eligible
educational institutions to report information about their students to the IRS as
required by the Taxpayer Relief Act of 1997.
1098-T Tax Forms for Tax Year 2023 will be available beginning January 31, 2024.

digits of your SSN. Please do not use your COD Student ID Number, as this will cause

Students will only receive a Form 1098-T if:

If a student only received a California College Promise Grant (CCPG), formerly referred
to as the "Board of Governors (BOG) Fee Waiver", they will not receive a 1098-T.
