California Community Colleges Chancellor's Office (CCCCO) Management Information Systems (MIS) Data Mart provides publicly available headcount data. Headcount refers to the unique count of students. To view College of the Desert headcount data, from the filter "Select State-District-College" select "Districtwide Search", from the filter "Select District-College", select "Desert CCD", from the filter "Select Term-Annual Option" select term search if you wish to see data one term at a time, or annual if you wish to see the headcount for the entire academic year, and proceed to "View Report". Once the report populates, Headcount Status, Gender, Age Group, and Ethnicity filters are available to disaggregate headcount data. Select the category of interest and proceed to "Update Report".
CCCCO MIS Data Mart provides publicly available enrollment data. Enrollments reflect the number of seats taken and is also referred to as duplicated headcount. To view data, please see steps above on how to filter data.

Transfer Volume to University of California (UC)
This data dashboard was developed by UC and provides information on transfer volume to UC in the selected term. Into the "Search for a community college" search bar filter, type "desert" and enter. The data will filter to show undergraduate transfers from College of the Desert to UC.

CCCCO MIS Data Mart provides publicly available transfer volume data to in state private and out of state universities. To view College of the Desert headcount data, from the filter "Select State-District-College" select "Districtwide Search", and from the filter "Select District-College", select "Desert CCD."
