Welcome to College of the ​Desert's Online Counseling services using Zoom. Zoom is a web-based service, utilizing webcam and audio.

Online Session Instructions

1. Make sure your device has a webcam and microphone to communicate with the counselor.

2. To arrive at your appointment:

3. Open the email confirmation from Calendly for your meeting with the UB Counselor.

4. Click on the Zoom link provided in the confirmation email.

5. Once logged in, wait for the counselor to allow you to "Enter Meeting" to start your session.

6. To end the session, click on "End."
