Building B is adjacent to Building A and is connected to campus amenities including the Book Store, COD Food Pantry, a shade structure, parking areas, and nearby transit access. A bus stop and parking areas are shown along the campus perimeter.

First Floor

The primary public entrance leads into a Main Lobby, which serves as the central gathering and circulation area of the building. 

Key facilities on the first floor include:

• Oasis Café, located near the main entrance and lobby. 
• Student Services, providing administrative and student support functions. 
• Testing Services, located adjacent to Student Services. 
• Multiple conference rooms.
• Classrooms and offices including rooms B106, B107, B126, B127, B128, and B132.

Elevator access and restrooms are available from the first-floor lobby area. 

Second Floor

The second floor primarily contains instructional and academic support spaces. A central lobby provides access to classroom corridors.

Major destinations include:

• TASC Learning Resource Center, a large student learning and academic support facility. 
• Faculty Workroom. 
• Student Study Dining Room, which provides study and seating space for students. 
• Classrooms and offices numbered approximately B204 through B230. 

The floor contains numerous classrooms arranged along corridors extending from the central lobby. 

Third Floor

The third floor contains additional classrooms, faculty spaces, and gathering areas. 

Key locations include:

• Rooms B302 through B332.
• Multiple conference rooms.
• A faculty workroom.
• Prep and storage space.
• Work room B327/B328 area.
• Outdoor Roof Terrace, located at the south end of the floor and accessible from room B324.

The terrace is the primary outdoor destination shown within Building B and serves as an open-air gathering space.

Building B includes several accessibility features throughout the facility:

• Elevators serving all three floors.
• Gender-neutral restrooms.
• Standard restrooms on multiple floors.
• Water bottle filling stations.
• A lactation room.
• Emergency evacuation chairs for mobility assistance during emergencies.
• Clearly marked emergency exits throughout the building.
