Board of Trustees Approves Superintendent/President Recruitment Timeline
College of the Desert will partner with AGB Search, a firm specializing in identifying top candidates for executive leadership positions in higher education, to find the College’s next Superintendent/President.
On August 16, College of the Desert’s Board of Trustees unanimously approved the timeline for the District Superintendent/President search, recommended by AGB Search, LLC. This timeline ensures transparency and timeliness throughout the process.
To gather insights on community expectations for this role, AGB Search will conduct an online survey and host listening sessions over a two-day period. Community members are urged to participate in the survey and share their feedback. The survey is expected to be open beginning August 28. The survey link will be shared via COD’s social media, newsletters and press releases.
