QLess Virtual Line
Financial Aid and Admissions and Records at the Palm Desert Campus have gone QLess. There will be no more waiting in line and students can add themselves to the virtual line.
It’s easy to use, here’s how you can see Financial Aid and Admissions and Records at the Palm Desert campus:

Text Message:
Students can text "Roadrunner" to 1-760-919-4778. After students have joined the line, they will receive text message updates about their status.
They will also be provided with text commands that will allow them to check their status, leave the line, or request additional time.
Standard text messaging rates will apply. -
QLess Mobile App:
The QLess Mobile App is available for both Apple® and Android™ devices.

Students can join online by clicking the following link:

In Person:
Self-service kiosk is available at the Cravens Student Success Center, 2nd floor. Staff will also be available to assist students who would like to be added to a line. Monitors in the lobby will allow students to track their status in line.
