Studio Arts
College of the Desert has a program called Studio Art, where students learn to share ideas and feelings through visual art. You can learn about drawing, painting, photography, sculpture, and even digital art. Students also learn about colors, shapes, and how art has changed over time. This program helps prepare you for jobs like being an artist, an art teacher, or working in museums and galleries, and you can also transfer to a four-year college to continue studying art.
